Making tips

  1. Lock the raised head and coil outline

Place the deep-green outline for the raised head, S-curve neck, and bottom coil first. Separate the inner and outer coil paths before filling.

  2. Fill the green back and cream belly

Along the coil, lay the bright/lime green back blocks, then the cream inner belly, keeping the back–belly split clean so the form does not blur together.

  3. Add yellow bands and scale accents

After the body fill, place yellow cross-bands and deeper green/olive scale patches. Markings follow the coil curve — match them section by section, not in straight lines.

  4. Finish the eye and forked tongue

Add the single eye and the peach forked tongue last. The tongue is thin — confirm it is firmly joined to the head.

  5. Final check before ironing

Double-check inner/outer coil beads, yellow-band alignment, and the forked tongue before you iron.
