Making tips
Lock in head, thorax, four wings
From above, place the deep-gray outline for the head, thorax, and upper/lower wing pairs to set the cross shape. Wing roots are only one or two beads wide — seat them firmly.
Fill blue body and pale wing panels
Lay bright blue on the thorax/abdomen and white–pale gray inside the wings. At 64×64, finish the body axis, then upper wings, then lower wings.
Add soft blue wing flashes
Scatter pale blue shimmer on the wing panels; left and right need not match bead-for-bead. Place per wing from the chart instead of flooding pure white.
Segment abdomen, eyes, and tail tip
Add dark gray abdomen segment breaks, then the side eyes and rounded tail tip. Rare gray-blue accents deserve a final scan.
Final check before ironing
Double-check wing-root joins, complete abdomen segments, side eyes, and wing flashes before you iron.
