Making tips
Lock in the black outline
Place the black outline for the round head, thick torso, and four short legs first to set the side stance and leg spacing. Include the tiny tail nub so it is not forgotten later.
Fill the mid lavender-gray body
Inside the outline, lay the large mid lavender-gray head and torso so the bulky shape feels solid before adding the muzzle and belly.
Add the pink muzzle and soft shading
Place the large pink snout and pink inner ears, then the pale gray/brown neck, belly, and leg shadows. Align the pink muzzle edge carefully against the chart.
Finish the face and toenails
Add the nostrils, slanted eye, and white/pale toenail tips last. Scan the rare accents once more when you finish.
Final check before ironing
Double-check the four short legs, pink muzzle boundary, inner ears, and toenails before you iron.
