Making tips

  1. Lock hooked beak and claw outline

Place the dark outline for the hooked beak, round head, back wing, and multi-toe claws first. Close the outline between toes so beads are not missed later.

  2. Fill gray wings and cream breast

Lay large blue-gray back/wing and cream breast fills so the cool and warm blocks feel solid before freckles.

  3. Add chest freckles and wing layers

Place scattered light-brown freckles on the cream breast, then soft gray wing layers. Keep freckles sparse — do not connect them into stripes.

  4. Finish yellow beak and claws

Add yellow cere and legs, then black eye, dark beak tip, and tiny olive accents near the eye. Scan rare colors once more when done.

  5. Final check before ironing

Double-check hooked beak shape, chest freckle placement, and complete yellow claws with dark tips before you iron.
