Making tips

  1. Lock in the deep-brown outline

Place the deep-brown outline for the head, body, and round shell first to set the side-view snail shape. Keep the shell rim closed and round before filling inward.

  2. Fill cream body and mid-brown shell

Inside the outline, lay the large cream body and mid-brown shell base so the two main blocks feel solid before shell details.

  3. Draw the spiral from the center

Place the deep-brown spiral from the shell center outward. Widths vary — match the chart coil by coil instead of guessing a solid fill.

  4. Add body shadow and antenna tips

Finish with pale body spots, soft pink underside, and rare antenna-tip accents. Scan low-count highlight colors once more when done.

  5. Final check before ironing

Double-check spiral alignment, antenna beads, shell-top highlights, and the eye before you iron.
