Making tips
Lock in the five-arm outline
Place the deep-brown outline for all five rounded arms first to set the star shape and arm spacing. Fill inward only after the outline is closed.
Fill the coral-pink body
Lay the large coral-pink field inside the outline so all five arms feel even before highlights and spots.
Add tip highlights and deep pink spots
Place pale pink highlights near arm tips and the outline, then scattered deep-pink spot clusters. Keep spots as small groups — do not merge them into stripes.
Finish the center face
Add two vertical black eyes and the short mouth in the center. The mouth is close to the body color — scan it once more when finished.
Final check before ironing
Double-check five-arm outline gaps, tip highlight placement, and eye spacing before you iron.
